Orders and Quotations

Custom Products

As our products are custom manufactured according to your specifications, you are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, logos, colours, sizes, spelling, and design approvals are accurate before production begins. Once final approval has been given, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are provided in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment terms will be outlined on your quotation or invoice, and production may not commence until payment requirements have been met.

Production and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide only. While we aim to meet all agreed deadlines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including supplier delays, shipping disruptions, public holidays, or unforeseen manufacturing issues. Melbora Gears is not liable for losses resulting from such delays.

Shipping

Shipping costs, delivery methods, and estimated delivery times will be confirmed during the ordering process. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the customised nature of our products, custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are defective or incorrectly manufactured.
